How do I join the Family??

Simplicity is key with Plantlife. Inquire about the Plantlife Family at any of our locations and our awesome staff will be happy to help you get started. Once you’re signed up, you can start earning rewards! Make sure to let our staff know you’re part of the Family so you don’t miss out on your Green Points! Green Points will be viewable in the Plantlife Family wallet-app on your smartphone!

Once you receive your first text message to join the Plantlife Family, be sure to save it on your phone as a wallet-app so you can review your profile, order online, take advantage of exclusive deals, see your Green Points balance, and redeem them for free Plantlife merchandise!

Who can join the Family??

To be eligible to join the Plantlife Family, members must be legal age of majority and have current and valid government identification.

What information do you require to create my Family rewards profile??

In order to join the Family we will require your first name, mobile number, email, date of birth and postal code. We guarantee that personal information collected by our Family program is not sold or disclosed to any third parties. It stays with Plantlife only.

Does The Plantlife Family work if I shop at different Plantlife’s??

Yes! The Family program allows you to collect Green Points at all of our Plantlife locations.

How do I access my profile? I did not receive a text; My text got deleted.?

When you first register for the Plantlife Family you will receive a text message with the URL link to create your personal wallet-app on your smartphone. If you didn’t receive this, Plantlife is here to help! Email us at family@plantlifecanada.com and be sure to include your first name and mobile number. You will then be sent a new text with the URL link. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed.

How do I start earning points??

Earn points with each visit! When you check in with a Plantlife associate with your phone number and name, you will earn 420 Green Points each visit with no purchase necessary!

When will I receive my points??

Your points are automatically updated and will be viewable in your wallet-app within 24 hours or less!

Where can I find my Points??

Your Green Points are viewable in your Plantlife Family wallet-app! Navigate to ‘Your points balance’ at the top of your wallet to view your points!

How do I redeem my points??

Your Green Points are redeemable at any Plantlife location. Upon collecting enough points for a Plantlife reward, you’ll be able to select any item with a green ‘OPEN’ bar. When you click this item, a pop-up will appear, giving you the option to redeem at any sales counter.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not click the green REDEEM IN-STORE bar until you are at the point of sale with a Plantlife associate who can facilitate your transaction.

How do I know how many points are needed for each reward??

The Plantlife Family wallet-app comes with a catalog of each available item. Our items do sell out from time to time but will always be re-stocked and updated with new and exciting merchandise designs! Make sure you check back often to take advantage of our hottest deals!

Can I exchange my item??

We do not accept returns or exchanges on free items (Unless the item you received is defective prior to your transaction).

Why Can’t I Redeem My Points For Cannabis Or Accessories??

Health Canada has strict regulations against rewarding consumers with either Cannabis or Cannabis accessories. To remain compliant with federal and provincial regulations, Plantlife Cannabis offers other exclusive reward options.

How do I find the nearest Plantlife??

In your Plantlife Family wallet if you click on the ‘DIRECTIONS’ tab it will take you to your selected favorite Plantlife location, which you can then call using the ‘CALL’ tab. You can toggle between locations by changing your favorite store in the drop-down menu.

Does the Plantlife Family work with Click & Collect??

From your wallet, click the ‘Shop’ button to view the online menu of your favorite Plantlife location.  From there you can browse our award-winning product line from the comfort of your home. Once you make your selection, those items will be ready for you in-store. Don’t forget to present your 15% OFF discount code for your first online order through the wallet. Collect your Green Points at the pick-up counter!

Why can’t I find The Plantlife Family wallet in the App Store??

Cannabis is federally illegal in the United States; therefore, app developers are unable to list their Cannabis related app in App Stores. We can however legally use the wallet technology to improve your experience. The link is shared through a URL sent via text message when you first sign up.  Do not forget to save this to your home screen so you can easily find your Plantlife Family wallet-app on your Smartphone!

What if I don’t want to receive text messages??

The Plantlife Family allows you the option to opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message we send. This will opt you out of our texting list and you will no longer receive text communications.  You will still be eligible to collect and redeem Green Points for free Plantlife merchandise.
