We strive to serve you with exceptional customer service, product knowledge & ensure that you leave with the correct product in your hands. Our lovely neighbours are starting to settle in next to us: Prime Time Donair, Fit Theorem, Big Frog Printing, State & Main, Buco, Dairy Queen, and more! We are open 7 days a week 10am – 10pm. We accept cash, debit & credit and if we are closed, you are still able to reserve your favourite products online using our click and collect.

Convince for customers using online ordering and pick up in store. Always helpful and very friendly staff. Decent... variety to pick from, thorough website information on products and potential effects of that strain/type witch is handy for choosing the right one with the right effect you're looking for at that time. Also nice that they have a point system or loyalty system to get freebies and handy texts if you choose to opt in with sales and àll that jazz. A++ in my opinionread more

Really like coming to this location in particular. Not because it's close to my house but because the customer service... is great, very knowledgeable and is very clean and organized.Not a huge fan of the flower but that's just my opinion (I mostly vape anyway). Love the new menus everytime I come in is something new to try it seems.read more

Buyers Beware! Im extremely disappointed with the service received from PlantLife Windermere. I purchased a pen and... cartridge then went home only to realize the Pen was defective. Upon returning I had the cartridge tested to make sure it wasnt the cartridge that was defective. It was determined that the pen was in fact defective. PlantLife would not offer a return nore give me the option of a replacement then preceeded to tell me to either buy a new pen or new cartidge. Having worked in the Cannabis industry myself for 3 years Ive come to understand why seasoned smokers and business insiders shun retail cannabis. Poor quality products, lack of proper customer care and the inability to guarantee product satisfaction are the reasons I will never purchase from Plantlife again.read more

Amazing customer service. I mistakenly ordered the wrong vape cartridge. Dean went over and beyond trying to help me,... even while I was upset for something totally my fault, he remained kind and professional the entire time. He even looked through the garbage to help me find my receipt. I was able to exchange my product for what I wanted and was left very satisfied with my service.read more
